Testimonial John

In May we had correspondence with a applicant who applied after already applying through GOES.  He was having difficulties with the log in procedures and understanding the system.

After he applied with us we inquired and held off on Submittal to the CBP to follow up.

After understanding the issue we refunded John his $89 fee from EasySentri as well the $100 non-refundable CBP fee all to good measure, as he was conditionally approved shortly after.

It’s why we hold off at times and make contact with applicants.

To ensure that applicants have as little leg work as possible.

It’s in our best interest to take care of our applicants.

Below is our email chain

Hi John,

Thank for the permission!

Yes, you will have to wait till your Global Entry application is “Conditionally Approved” from GOES before scheduling a interview/fingerprinting.  You should receive a email from GOES when this happens, or you can check the status of your application by logging into your GOES account.

GOES does a pretty good job at sending out the emails the day they approve the application, FYI.

The interview is easier than many expect.

Good luck and thank for the correspondence!

Let us know if you have further questions.

Best,
Keith

Hi Keith!

You may tell your clients how much I appreciate your personal. prompt service! Thanks for the taking care of the bank card and all the other info! By the way, I am still waiting for the confirmation from GOES. I assume that I have to have that before I schedule an appointment for fingerprinting etc.

Hi John,

Thanks for the feedback.

Makes for a good quote for our site…if we may use it?

How long did it take for the CBP to confirm your application?  A few days or weeks?

We just refunded your card ($189.00).  Our credit card processing is called “Stripe” and you should see the amount back on your card in 5-10 days according to the company.

Have fun with the shorter lines!

And don’t forget you can use your Global Entry card for use in SENTRI lanes if you take a road trip to Mexico.  Just gotta register your car.

Best,
Keith

Hi Keith!

Once I got back into the system, the process flowed rather quickly but they seem to have all sorts of roadblocks in getting through it. Yours is much more simple. Thanks for your help and expediting the refund.

Hi John,

Congrats!

Glad to hear your application was accepted!

How long did it take from the time of your origional submittal to the acceptance, if you don’t mind me asking?

Something to inform others who inquire about Global Entry or SENTRI though us.

There is only one Global Entry interveiw location located in Ohio, FYI…in Cleveland: http://www.easysentri.com/global-entry-interview-locations/

Good luck with your interview and scheduling.

We’ll refund your payment to EasySentri and CBP fee ($189.00 total back onto your card) in 2-3 business days assuming you need no further assistance.  Yes?

Thanks for reaching out.

Best,

Keith
